A tiny kitchen, van galley or cabin shelf has to handle prep, heat, water, storage and washing up. If one part is missing, cooking becomes awkward fast.
Plan the basics
Think about stable worktop space, ventilation, fuel storage, clean water, greywater, lighting, fire safety and how pans will be cleaned in bad weather.
